Our Yoga classes are inspired by MissCajzoran Ali's Yoga, and the stretching classes are based on Jûnan Taiso.
Jûnan Taiso is a warming-up method used in Japan, in martial arts like the Bujinkan one.
This warming-up is done with the help of stretching exercises and it focuses on breathing, and it can be completed with simple gymnastics movements.
Yoga and Junan Taiso is very efficient if you respect four essential rules:
A calm and deep breathing.
Keep the back straight during all the exercises, the head in alignment with the body.
Visualize the actions of every exercise inside the body (muscles, ligaments, joints…).
The last and most important one: You have to do all the exercises respecting your limits, without forcing, step by step.
The body
The logic
Every movement follows a certain body logic and everyone must go at his / her own pace and respecting his / her limits.
The breathing
The breathing has to be deep and slow, you have to feel it going through your entire body. The additional oxygen will help your muscles and your body warm up slowly.
The benefits of Yoga and Jûnan Taiso:
Natural flexibility
Yoga and Jûnan Taiso will allow you to acquire a natural flexibility, will teach you to relax and, as a consequence, to release pressure and set aside the daily life stress.
The life
Working on breathing will not only help you to relax, but it will allow you to let life flow freely again in your body.
